Middle School sports provide a vital foundation for young athletes, bridging physical activity with essential character development during a transformative stage of life. Through competitive play and dynamic teamwork, our Titans stay energized while learning crucial lessons in cooperation, fair play, and supportive leadership. By pairing active movement with positive team partnerships, these athletic experiences instill lifelong healthy habits and a lasting appreciation for personal wellness. 

St. Timothy’s School offers students in grades six through eight a highly competitive, student-centered athletic program. Over 85% of eligible students participate in at least one Titan team. We consistently place in the top three schools in the Capital Area Middle School Conference (CAMSC) and won the conference’s coveted Capital Cup for the 2018-2019, 2019-2020, and 2023-2024 school years.
