After School Care

After School Care - Tennis

The After School Care (ASC) program extends the safe, supervised, and nurturing environment of St. Timothy's School beyond the regular school day. ASC is available, for an additional fee, to all Pre-K-8th-grade students with no waitlist. Our program balances structured play, enrichment programs, and dedicated homework time.

Attendance Options & Schedule

ASC is available on all regular school days, with dismissal running until 6:00 p.m.

  • Full-Time Care: Coverage for every school day (September through May). Online registration opens each August.

  • Drop-In Care: Flexible, as-needed care available starting the second day of school. Requests must be submitted the morning of attendance.

  • Important Schedule Notes:

    • ASC is not offered on the first or last days of the school year.

    • On the half-days preceding Christmas Break and Spring Break, ASC closes early at 5:00 p.m.

Program Fees & Billing

  • Full-Time Rate: $255/month for the first student | $210/month for each additional sibling.

    • Billed monthly (Sept–May) via your VC Pay account.

    • Middle School athletes registered for full-time ASC receive a seasonal discount while participating on an STS athletic team.

  • Drop-In Rate: $30/day per student (due the morning of attendance).

    • A $5 late fee applies to payments not received within one week.

    • Note: Accounts must remain in good standing at the end of each trimester to maintain program eligibility.

School Break Camps

Beyond our daily After School Care, we offer seasonal camps for St. Timothy’s students during school breaks, featuring an engaging mix of arts, crafts, athletics, and active play.
