Over 110 St. Timothy's School alumni still in high school attended a recent dinner in their honor. The dining hall was full of smiles and laughter as the former students, along with several STS teachers, enjoyed a meal together.
The annual event takes place during homecoming week each January. Alumni are invited to watch the varsity basketball homecoming games and then gather in the dining hall for a catered dinner afterwards.
At the completion of eighth grade, St. Timothy's School graduates follow many different paths as they head to high school. Over the last three years, STS alumni have moved on to attend 28 different high schools. With this special dinner as well as goodie boxes sent to STS alumni in college, St. Timothy's School wants to be sure our former students know that they will always be part of our STS family.
"The alumni dinner was an outstanding event," Chase Dutton, a freshman at Leesville Road High School said of the event. "It was a great way to reconnect with friends and teachers."
