How to Apply

We are excited that you've chosen to include St. Timothy's School in your search. The Admissions Office staff is committed to providing you with the resources that will make this process thorough, timely, and meaningful. It is our expectation that you will find a highly personalized approach with the warmth, caring, support, and nurturing that exemplifies St. Timothy's School.

Application Fee:  Please note that a $100.00 non-refundable application fee will be due at the time you submit your initial application. Checks should be made payable to St. Timothy’s School.

Notification Dates

For applications completed by January 5, 2019: The first notification date for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten applicants will be February 15, 2019.  The first notification date for grades 1-8 applicants will be on March 8, 2019.

This is in accordance with the guidelines of the Triangle Independent School Consortium, of which St. Timothy's School is a member.

When an enrollment offer is made, families will have 10 business days to return a completed contract and a non-refundable tuition deposit ($500.00 for pre-k and k, $1000.00 for grades 1-8) and a one time New Family Fee of $1500.00 if applicable.

Steps to Apply

Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten

First, Second, Third, and Fourth Grade

  • Application
  • Teacher Recommendation Form
  • Report cards showing final grades from the previous two years
  • Most recent report card from current year
  • Any available standardized test results
  • One classroom writing sample
  • Schedule admission test and student visiting days
  • Coordinate with Admissions a campus tour.
  • Submit all documents prior to your child's visit.

Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, & Eighth Grade
