St. Timothy’s Messaging Terms and Conditions for Prospective Parents

General & Program Description: St. Timothy’s School provides mobile text messaging updates to prospective parents, enrolled families, alumni, and donors who explicitly opt in to receive communications.

By opting into St. Timothy’s School text messaging programs, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing, admissions, and informational text messages sent from or on behalf of St. Timothy’s School. Messages may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided.

• Non-Condition of Enrollment: Consent to receive marketing or admissions text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services, nor is it a condition of enrollment at St. Timothy’s School.
• Current Enrolled Families: Parents of currently enrolled students will continue to receive necessary operational, academic, and emergency text alerts regardless of marketing preference opt-outs.

Message Frequency & Rates

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the School (typically 2 to 6 messages per month during peak admissions or campaign cycles). St. Timothy’s School reserves the right to adjust message frequency at any time.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless carrier plan for details regarding text and data costs.

How to Opt-Out (Cancellation) You can unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time:

• By Text: Reply STOP to any text message received from St. Timothy’s School. Upon sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further automated messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
• By Email: You may also request to be removed from text messaging lists by emailing us at admissions@sttimothys.org.

(Note: To opt out of promotional emails, click the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any marketing email sent by the School.)

How to Get Help: For assistance with our text messaging service:

• Reply HELP to any text message received from St. Timothy’s School.
• Email our team directly at admissions@sttimothys.org or administration@sttimothys.org.

Supported Carriers & Liability Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile network provider.

Mobile Information Privacy: St. Timothy’s School respects your privacy. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data collected for SMS programs will not be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Duty to Notify (Transfer of Number): If you change or deactivate your mobile phone number, you agree to notify St. Timothy’s School immediately by emailing admissions@sttimothys.org or replying STOP from your original number prior to the change taking effect.

Terms Changes & Termination: St. Timothy’s School reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its text messaging program or these Messaging Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
