Brian Pfohl is the owner of Sunrock Industries, LLC, Sunrock Industries Canada ULC, and Sunrock Holdings Corporation. The Sunrock Group is a supplier of construction materials including aggregates, ready-mixed concrete, hot-mix asphalt, along with operating a highway heavy construction company. In addition to his role as Chairman and CEO of the family business, Bryan has been actively involved in advocating for business and the construction materials industry. He is past president of the North Carolina Aggregate Association, a former chairman and board member of the Kerr Tar Council of Governments and the Raleigh Police Foundation, and has worked with numerous other community organizations throughout his career. Bryan and his wife Mary Lynn are the grandparents of two current St. Timothy's Titans and are avid supporters of the school and its programs. 

Mary Lynn Pfohl worked for many years as an educator and holds a Master of Education degree. She has been involved in her family's business, Sunrock Industries, in numerous capacities since her marriage to her husband, Bryan, in 1968. She serves on its Board of Directors. Mary Lynn has also been involved in a number of outreach programs in the community throughout the years. She especially values time spent with her family, including her four grandchildren, two of whom are students at St. Timothy's School. She feels fortunate to be part of their growing years and part of their St. Timothy's experience.

Richard Rendleman, Jr. is Professor Emeritus, Kenan-Flagler Business School, UNC Chapel Hill, where he taught finance from 1983-2007 and 2016-2019, having also taught at Northwestern University, Duke University, and Dartmouth College.  He served as President of the Raleigh Chamber Music Guild, and as a board member of the North Carolina Symphony Foundation, Triangle Opera Theater, and St. Timothy’s School. His academic research interests included derivative securities markets, fixed income markets, corporate earnings surprises, and golf analytics. He is also a composer, and enjoys playing croquet with his wife Nancy, who has become tough to beat! 

Nancy Rendleman retired from the law firm of Williams Mullen in Raleigh in 2020 after practicing law for over 40 years. She began her career as a trusts and estates attorney and later practiced state and local tax law. During that time, she chaired the Estate Planning Legal Specialization Committee of the North Carolina State Bar for several years and served for six-years on the Board of Directors of Grandfather Golf and Country Club in Linville, North Carolina, where she and her husband have been spending summers. Nancy and her husband have taken up croquet and enjoy playing in competitive tournaments as well as playing friendly games with friends. In her spare time, Nancy likes to read and spend time with her grandchildren. Both of Nancy's children attended and graduated from St. Timothy's School, and three of three of her grandchildren have also attended St. Timothy's.

Mitzi Reynolds has an extensive career in professional Sales and Management. She worked for a nationwide organization, managing a team of well-trained product specialists who assisted executives in achieving workplace efficiency. Other endeavors included successfully opening and operating two local restaurants. She was a tireless volunteer at her church, serving as a member of the Staff Parish Relations Committee, organizing weekly church-wide dinners, creating and building VBS sets, and playing in the handbell choir. During her children's years at St. Timothy's, she was an active volunteer in fundraising efforts, chaired multiple committees, served as Vice President, then President of Friends of St. Timothy's. Her volunteer efforts continued through the children's high school years, serving and chairing multiple committees at Saint Mary's School and also in the public school environment. She volunteered delivering meals for Meals on Wheels for 11 years. After moving to Cherokee Lake in Tennessee, she joined the efforts of Tapestry House, a women's recovery center, as a fundraising advisor, and assists in meal prep for the homeless and the Daily Bread Kitchen. 

Debbie Robbins is a long-time community volunteer, lending her efforts to the Visual Art Exchange, Carolina Ballet, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Urban Ministries, BackPack Buddies and United Arts Council. Her four children – Zach, Bryan, Lauren and Cameron – are St. Timothy’s alumni. Since becoming an empty nester, Debbie has opened a studio and begun painting, donating her works in support of many charitable organizations.

Malinda Schantz is an independent college counselor providing professional guidance and personalized attention to students and their families throughout the college admissions process. She founded Runways To College, LLC to support students in grades nine through twelve. Malinda is a professional member of Independent Educational Consultant Association, Higher Education Consultants Association, and Southern Association of College Admissions Counseling. She serves on the HECA college tour committee, has served as co-chair of her regional group, and has presented on aviation majors at several professional development programs and a professional conference. She loved being an active volunteer at St. Timothy's School. Her two children, Nicholas '12 and Marianna '15 are both St. Timothy's alumni.

Blair Wall Smallman is a 1977 graduate of Hale High School and a 1981 graduate of North Carolina State University. For 25 years, she has been a member of the NCSU Wolfpack Club Representative Program. She has served on the Board of Directors of a host of local agencies, including 15 years with the Junior League of Raleigh, 10 years with Safechild, six years with the NC Museum of History Young Associates, and three years with the Raleigh Hall of Fame. For the past five years, she has worked in development for The Foundation of Hope for Research and Treatment of Mental Illness. Blair and her husband Steve have one daughter, Angel '08, an alumna of St Timothy’s.

Cindy Waite has built her career connecting companies with great talent and helping individuals find fulfilling careers. She is the Owner of Accentuate Staffing, where she has built the "Power of Positive" mission into her life's work. Cindy and her family have been part of the St. Timothy's community since 2013, and she is a proud parent of two Titan alums, John Michael, Class of 2020, and Anna Grace, Class of 2024. As her children travel their life journeys, she continues to see the impact of St. Timothy's commitment to Truly Known, Deeply Connected, and Future-Ready.

Olga West has a professional background in marketing and communications within the insurance and higher education sectors. Her work focused on project management, website development, branding, and bilingual communications. She most recently served as Executive Director of Marketing at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. After leaving the workforce to spend more time at home with her two daughters, Olga became deeply involved in volunteer leadership. At St. Timothy's School, she served as a room parent and held several leadership roles on the Friends of St. Timothy's Board, including Treasurer, Vice President, and President/ She also volunteered at Cardinal Gibbons High School while her daughters attended and was active in the Longleaf Pine Chapter of the National Charity League, where she served on the board as Vice President of Communications.

Kris Wingo has been a part of the Titan community since her oldest started kindergarten in 2003.  While her children were students, she served on the Friends of St. Timothy’s Board as Assistant Treasurer and Treasurer. She also co-founded and co-chaired the inaugural Titan Bucks fundraiser, which continues to benefit the school today. Kris has been involved in many organizations, including The Green Chair Project, National Charity League, and Kappa Kappa Gamma.  Her children, Sean '12, Dillon '13 and Rory '21, are alumni who fondly remember that “It’s a great day to be a Titan!”
