  • November 2021: Admissions assessments begin
  • January 14, 2022:  Financial aid deadline
  • January 21, 2022:  First round application deadline - email [email protected] to inquire about space
  • February 18, 2022:  PK and K notification
  • March 4, 2022:  Grades 1-8 notification
  • March 4, 2022:  PK & K commit date
  • March 18, 2022:  Grades 1-8 commit date

Application Fee

Please note that a $100.00 non-refundable application fee will be due at the time you submit your initial application.



What to Expect After Submitting Application

An admissions assessment is required as part of our application process. You will be able to schedule this assessment online through the Admissions Portal. 
St. Timothy’s is part of the Triangle Independent School Consortium (TISC). We adhere to the dates and deadlines set forth each year by this group.
The window of notification for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten is between February 15 - February 25, 2022, with a commitment date of March 4, 2022.
For Grades 1-8, the window of notification is between February 25 - March 4, with a commitment date of March 18, 2022.

Applicants with current St. Timothy’s siblings already in attendance will receive an earlier notification in order to make a decision collectively.
