Assistant Chaplain Named

St. Timothy’s School is pleased to announce that Rev. Brittany Edwards will join the School in July as the Assistant Chaplain. Mrs. Edwards will be teaching Religious Studies, assisting St. Timothy’s Church Rector Fr. Allen with weekly chapel services, and providing pastoral care and support to students, colleagues, and families this year.

Mrs. Edwards will complete her Master of Divinity at Duke Divinity School in 2021, and she earned her B.A. in Public Relations and Mandarin Chinese from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014. She has served as a youth minister, led Teen Community Bible Study small groups for the last two years, spent two years as a program associate for the Carolina Asia Center, and she previously worked as a Donor Relations Manager for a small nonprofit assisting women and children in Ghana.
