Dine for Haiti Event a Huge Success

Our Dine for Haiti dinner was a huge success! Nearly 200 people came to enjoy a community dinner in support of our partner school, St. Timothee's School in Boucan-Carré, Haiti. Eudras Ceus, our friend and liaison with the school, shared with diners the enormous impact our support has on their community. Dozens of families contributed pans of baked spaghetti, rolls, salad fixings, dessert and drinks for the meal, and parent volunteers and faculty members helped to set up, serve, and clean up for the event. We raised over $3,000 that will directly benefit the school.

A partner to St. Timothy’s since 2016, St. Timothee’s School nurtures and educates more than 150 children in the remote village of Boucan-Carré. St. Timothy’s School supports our partner by providing funds for students’ noontime meal―often their only meal for the day, teacher salaries, potable water and more. In addition, STS faculty and staff have visited the School, bringing educational materials, recreation equipment and other supplies.

It's not too late to support our partner school. If you would like to contribute, please visit our Haiti giving page.

We are proud to be a part of such a great community willing to pull together to help others. Thank you for supporting STS and St. Timothee’s School.
