Annual Christmas Pageant Tradition Continues

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and students are busy preparing for their favorite tradition at St. Timothy’s School - the Christmas Pageant.

A long-standing tradition at St. Timothy's, the pageant features students in first through fourth grades. First grade girls are angels and first grade boys are shepherds. Second graders comprise the "Children of the World."  The third grade serves as the pageant choir, while fourth graders are acolytes, readers, tone chimes, bells and the featured soloists of Gabriel, Mary, Joseph and the Three Kings.

A performance for grandparents and grandfriends will be held as part of Grandparents Day on December 19, and another performance reserved for parents of students in the pageant will take place that same evening.

Although attendance is limited to grandparents and parents, the pageant will be available for viewing by anyone with an internet connection. Viewers can link to at 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 19 to watch the performance live. In addition, both Thursday performances will be professionally videographed and DVDs are available for purchase by pre-order.

Merry Christmas from St. Timothy's!
