True Leadership Opportunities: In a Pre-K–8 setting, our middle schoolers are the “seniors” of the school. They step into leadership roles typically reserved for high schoolers, serving as mentors and role models for our younger Titans. This allows them to grow in confidence and experience, free from the social pressures and judgment of an older high school peer group.

A Focus on Learning Foundations: Our goal is to equip students to be independent self-advocates for their own learning by graduation. By focusing on this critical window of brain development, we ensure students are fully prepared for the academic rigors of high school and beyond.

Meaningful Stability: By staying with us through 8th grade, students avoid the stress of changing schools during the significant developmental shifts of the middle school years. Instead, they enter their early teenage years in a community where they are already known, loved, and valued.

Seamless High School Transition: By 8th grade, students truly know themselves as learners—aware of their interests, strengths, and goals. Through our Titan Forward program, we provide personalized support, ensuring our graduates navigate the high school transition fully equipped and confident in their next steps. Navigating this change at 14 years old with the support of family and faculty builds the resilience they will need for the transition to college four years later.

A Close-Knit, Supportive Community: Relationships across grade levels are at the heart of our culture. Our middle schoolers mentor younger students, fostering a strong sense of belonging while allowing our adolescents the time and space to develop without the influence of older teenagers—simply put, we let our kids be kids.
