In addition to offering competitive salaries and benefits, we have a generous professional development fund that permits faculty to pursue graduate coursework, attend conferences around the United States, and participate in international travel opportunities. We also offer a tuition remission of 50% for all children of St. Timothy’s full-time employees.

Professional Development at STS
St. Timothy’s faculty and staff are always looking for ways to improve their impact in the classroom. Each summer while students are taking a break from learning, teachers often choose to use a portion of their summer to pursue professional development opportunities. Thanks to the Annual Fund, St. Timothy’s can fully fund these continuing education opportunities for our teachers.
As a school, we remain committed to supporting our faculty and staff as they seek to build confidence in the classroom, to constantly improve their skills, and to stay up-to-date on the latest research-based teaching methods.
