About St. Timothy's | Board of Trustees

The Rev. Jay C. James, Chair, Rector St. Timothy's Church

Father James is the Rector of St. Timothy's Church and Chairman of the Board of Directors of St. Timothy's School. He and his wife Betsy have two children. Olivia graduated from St. Timothy's in 2006 and Sam graduated in 2008.

Mr. James A. Cain, IV, Center Management

Jim is the owner of Center Management, Inc. He and his wife Copie have two children at St. Timothy's. Mary Copeland is an alumna of St. Timothy's and Quentin is a current student.

Mrs. Heather A. Garrabrant, Speech-Language Pathologist

Heather is a speech-language pathologist. She and her husband Ed have a daughter, Caitlin, in middle school and a son, Will, in the lower school. Heather is an active volunteer at St. Timothy's and serves on the Executive Committee for Phase II of the Capital Campaign.

Mr. Noah H. Huffstetler, III, Nelson Mullins

Noah is the Managing Partner of the Raleigh office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP. He and his wife Dottie have a son, Noah, who is a graduate of St. Timothy's.

Mr. George Keith Killinger, CWR One Corporation

Keith is the team leader/construction manager for CWR One Corporation, a residential subsidiary of Craig Davis Properties. He and his wife, Ginny, are long-time parishioners of St. Timothy's Church. Ginny and their daughter, Blair, are both St.Timothy's graduates.

Mr. Kirk A. Whorf, North State Bank

Kirk is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of North State Bancorp. He serves on the Executive Committee for Phase II of the Capital Campaign. He and his wife, Barbara, have a daughter, Courtney, who is an alumna of St. Timothy's.

Dr. Mary Susan Fulghum, Physician
A retired physician, Mary Susan devotes her time to her family and a host of non-profit organizations in and around Raleigh. She and her husband, Jim, have two grown daughters, Molly and Emily, both alumnae of St. Timothy's, and a granddaughter, Margaret.
Mr. F. Joseph Diab, Nexsen Pruet

Joe is an attorney with Nexsen Pruet and an alumnus of St. Timothy's.  He and his wife, Ann, are the parents of Maggie, who is in the lower school.
