St. Timothy's School offers need-based financial aid to provide the possibility for all academically qualified students to benefit from a St. Timothy's School education regardless of socio-economic background.  St. Timothy's School considers all information pertaining to financial aid confidential.

Over $428,000 was awarded in financial aid for the 2009-2010 school year. Approximately 18% of the student body received some form of financial assistance. The possibility of needing financial aid does not in any way affect the admissions process for any student. Families are required to reapply for aid each year.

As a member of the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS), we adhere to the procedures of the SSS to determine the ability of the applicant’s family to pay tuition. The SSS recommendations are considered by the Financial Aid Committee, which determines whether aid is to be granted and how much aid to grant. All inquiries and applications for financial aid are confidential and every effort is made to meet financial need.
