Admissions | Application Process

Applications meeting the deadline of December 3, 2010 will receive first consideration for any spaces available. Applications are considered individually and according to available vacancies. Admissions decisions for Jr. Kindergarten and Kindergarten will be mailed on February 4, 2011 and for grades 1-8 on March 4, 2011.  

After the December 3rd deadline, applications for admission will be taken throughout the year, and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

2011-2012 Admissions Timetable

  • Late August through December 3 – Applications for 2011-2012 accepted for first consideration
  • September 14, 21, 30 and October 7 Information Sessions for Jr. K-8th grade
  • October – Open House (Sunday, October 17), and Q & A Sessions for Jr. Kindergarten and Kindergarten (November 3 and 4)
  • February 4, 2011 – Admissions decision letters mailed for Jr. Kindergarten and Kindergarten
  • March 4, 2011 – Admissions decision letters mailed for grades 1-8

Application Procedures

Application: To apply for admission the following documents or requirements must be completed:

  • Application for Admission
  • Admission testing/evaluation
  • Copies of report cards for the previous two years, and two classroom writing samples (Grades 2-8)
  • Recommendation Forms
  • Copies of any standardized tests
  • Student Visit


All of the above application procedures must be completed by December 3, 2010.
