To submit a request for technical support, please send an email to the following address:
Be sure to include as much information as can be provided about your need for assistance. For hardware problems, please be sure to include a description and location of the piece of hardware which needs to be addressed. Software problems require the same information, but should also include the name of the piece of software and as much information as possible about any error messages observed (if possible). Screenshots of software problems are very useful, and will help expedite assistance. Concerns with Veracross, Gmail, or other school resources may also be directed to this address.
Expect an email response from a member of the technology department within 24 hours. Holidays and school vacation are exceptions, but requests will be responded to as soon as possible. Responses are based on a "priority need" system determined by the technology department, but no request for assistance will be disregarded.
